Quad Balance is a consultancy in Vancouver, British Columbia. One founder spent thirty years re-engineering operations for some of the largest organizations in the Gulf and the Americas. The other builds production AI systems. The work meets in the middle, which is exactly where AI projects usually fail.
Prateek Kumar
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with 30 years in operations across banking, aviation, retail, food processing, and shared services. He built and led the Process Excellence consulting practice at GBM, IBM’s partner in the Gulf, serving clients including Emirates Airlines, Emirates NBD, and Emaar. At IBM he led the Lean re-engineering of back-office banking for one of the region’s largest banks. Most recently he ran Service Excellence across the Americas and Europe for Sutherland, covering operations for more than 50 client accounts.
Career results include: auto loan processing cut from 5.5 days to 3.5 hours. Credit card issuance cut from 7 days to 1 day. Multi-million dollar annual savings in back-office and call-center operations.
Siddhant Kumar
AI software engineer. Siddhant builds multi-agent AI systems for a living: orchestration, retrieval, guardrails, evaluation, and the monitoring that keeps them honest in production. He has carried the on-call pager for ten production services, which is why every Quad Balance deployment ships with observability built in.
Rishaan Kumar
Supports implementation and testing. Currently completing his engineering degree at the University of Alberta.
